Jacket

Lay a jacket that fits you well flat on a table. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit to get the half chest measurement. Compare this measurement with the size guide to find your best fit.

Bottoms

Lay a pair of pants that fit you well flat on a table. Measure across the waistband from side to side to get the half waist measurement. For length, measure from the top of the waistband down the outside leg to the bottom hem. Compare these measurements with the size guide to find your best fit.
