Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 2 pm NZST (Monday–Friday) may be dispatched on the same day. Once your order is ready to leave the warehouse, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details.

Delivery

All orders within New Zealand are shipped via New Zealand Post.

New Zealand Shipping Rates:

Orders under $200: Flat rate shipping of $7.90

Orders between $200 and $500: Flat rate shipping of $11.90

Orders over $500: Free shipping

Pacific Islands Shipping Rates:
We also ship to selected Pacific Islands (including Fiji, French Polynesia, Nauru, and others).

Orders under $200: Flat rate shipping of $29.90

Orders between $200 and $499.99: Flat rate shipping of $39.90

Orders $500 and over: Flat rate shipping of $49.90

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Timeframes

Typically 1–3 working days once dispatched.

Tracking & Notifications

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.

We are not liable for lost or delayed parcels once handed over to the courier, except where insurance is provided.

Order Issues or Lost Parcels

Please contact us immediately if your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe by emailing service@sbdapparel.co.nz. While we’ll assist with enquiries, we cannot accept liability for issues arising after the courier has accepted the parcel.

Holiday Dispatch Notes

During peak holiday periods (e.g., Easter, Christmas/New Year), dispatch times may be longer than usual. Please allow extra processing time during these periods.
