Refund policy
At SBD New Zealand, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we’ll help:
Definitions
We, us, our: SBD NZ Limited, trading as SBD New Zealand, and our team.
You: the customer buying our Products.
Products: the SBD Apparel we sell, including clothing, accessories, and related items.
Order: your purchase request submitted via our website, in-store, or any way we accept.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, no problem - we offer exchanges or store credit.
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, Products must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed;
- In their original condition with all tags and packaging intact; and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt).
Please note: We don't offer refunds for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a Product that is faulty, damaged during delivery, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing service@sbdapparel.co.nz with:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Photos showing the fault or damage (if applicable).
We’ll either:
- Repair the item;
- Replace it; or
- Offer you a full refund.
We do not manufacture the Product. In some cases, our ability to repair, replace or refund the Product will be subject to agreement by the manufacturer.
How to Return Products
To start a return, contact our team first at service@sbdapparel.co.nz.
We'll give you instructions on how to send your item back.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are your responsibility.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your bank.Sale Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty — so please choose carefully!
