Flexible - Designed to support the wrist while allowing the wrist to flex, designed for superior moulding to the wrist, and upgraded comfort during supported wrist flexion.
Stiff - Designed to cast and immobilise the wrist, now with a softer finish, to resist wrist flexion while minimising discomfort.

Most athletes prefer a medium-length, flexible wrist wrap, suitable for a variety of exercises.
If you have a very small wrist, we would recommend choosing the small length.
The large flexible wrap is ideal for those wanting a versatile wrap which, depending on how many times it is wrapped, can be altered to be more or less supportive.
Athletes looking for maximal support can try the stiff version of our wrist wraps, which we would typically recommend as a second pair of wrist wraps to complement our flexible wraps.
We recommend hand washing the wrist wraps with warm water and a mild detergent, and then allow the wraps to air dry. Do not machine wash or dry, as this can damage the material of the wrist wraps.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm NZST (Monday–Friday) may be dispatched the same day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your parcel is ready to leave our warehouse.
During peak holiday periods such as Easter and Christmas/New Year, dispatch may take longer than usual. Please allow extra processing time over these periods.
New Zealand delivery
All New Zealand orders are shipped with New Zealand Post, and typically arrive 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Pacific Islands delivery
We also ship to selected Pacific Islands, including Fiji, French Polynesia, Nauru, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, the Cook Islands, Niue, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched, and you can follow it through the courier's website. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at service@sbdapparel.co.nz and we will help you chase it up.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, we offer an exchange or store credit. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your own cost. We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless required by law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Email service@sbdapparel.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the fault or damage where relevant.
We will repair the item, replace it, or offer you a full refund, and we will cover reasonable return shipping. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Sale items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, so please choose carefully.
Warranty and your rights
We offer a 6 month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover failures caused by abuse, misuse, accident, or unauthorised alterations or repairs.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If your products are faulty or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under New Zealand law.
